Earn 1 hour of Paid Sick Leave (PSL) for every 30 hours worked. PSL can be used for you or the care of family members in case of:

It is never too soon to start saving for retirement. After 90 days of service, Frontline employees can enroll in the 24 Hour Home Care 401(k) Savings Plan. Save as little or as much as you can, on a pre-tax or after-tax basis.

Learn More About Benefits - Eligibility
A newly hired Caregiver or Provider will become eligible for health insurance benefits after working an average of 30 hours per week or 130 hours per month over three-consecutive-month measurement periods. Once eligible, your health benefits will begin on the 1st of the month following your 30-day enrollment period.
