What You Should Know About Our Caregivers:
Our screening process focuses on everything from employment eligibility and DMV checks to physical capability assessments and personal trait and career evaluations. Our standards have allowed us to select and retain quality Caregivers, some of whom have been with us since the company was founded.

Once a Caregiver passes our screening process, we provide them with extensive specialty training opportunities to make a positive impact on our clients and provide services based on individualized care plans. This includes: fall prevention training and certification; Whole24 diagnosis-specific nutrition guides and training; industry-leading Alzheimer's and dementia training; American Red Cross training; and transitional care training with the goal of helping clients age in the comfort of their own homes.
24 Hour Home Care is a proud member of the American Board of Home Care. ABHC members are employee-based organizations that are responsible for the taxes, payments, and liability for their staff and are held to the highest quality of hiring practices, including ensuring all employees can legally work in the US and have passed a thorough criminal background check.
24 Hour Home Care bonds and insures all of our Caregivers, which protects seniors and their families against any potential loss or liability lawsuits. All Caregivers are considered to be company employees and are covered by general and professional liability insurance, along with worker’s compensation.
Whether a senior is a stalwart veteran or a gregarious socialite, we can find a Caregiver match that will work out for you or your loved one. We understand the importance of compatibility and are happy to re-evaluate matches at no additional charge.
We know that punctuality and dependability matter. Our Caregivers visits are monitored in real-time, allowing us to log the shifts they have scheduled and record their attendance. Should a caregiver not arrive at a scheduled home within several minutes of their shift, we are quickly notified. It enables our team to actively manage our Caregivers schedules, resolve any issues, and improve communication between our Caregivers and our offices so that we may provide better in-home care for you and your loved ones.
