I’ve had great experiences with this company for home care. Just one example, my neighbor worked with Cody directly and she was able to secure care for her mom and dad who both had different needs. I absolutely love working for this company. From the interview through, the energy and kindness has been consistent. 24 Hour Home Care is a wonderful agency. They have lots of clients so many opportunities for work. The care managers I have dealt with are professional, friendly, and treat me with respect. I would recommend this agency to any caregiver looking for a new agency. You clock in and out using the app and they always send detailed care notes before I visit a client. I'm currently a college student and this job is great for when you are in school b/c they understand that I cannot always work but they know I will pick up shifts when I can.

We contracted with 24 Hour Home Care to help my mom transition from a hospital stay to assisted living. We initially moved from the hospital to a skilled nursing facility but wanted to have more individualized, prompt care as she was completely incontinent at the time. 24-Hour Home Care allowed us to have her move home and assisted in helping her with physical/occupational therapy exercises in additional to moving from diaper changes to using a bedside commode. Our contract was short term as the need to move to assisted living was obvious and we had to wait until the apartment was ready. We did have one shift not covered but the staff really kept that to a minimum with other times being covered by longer shifts. Staffing with Covid has been an issue in many industries right now so it was understandable. All in all, I was very pleased with the staff and the service they provided.

My wife had severe complications following her lung surgery. These complications required 24/7 home care. I contacted 24 Home Care for assistance. It was the best decision I could have made under the circumstances.24 Hour Home care responded immediately to my request for assistance. Everyone I spoke with at 24 Hour Home Care was kind, courteous and helpful. 24 Hour Home Care took care of all of our home care needs. The personnel they sent to our home were uniformly friendly, competent and reliable. 24 Hour Home Care also put us in touch with other agencies whose assistance was required, including medical supplies and home health services. The fees they charged for home care services were very reasonable.My wife's journey to recovery was immensely helped by the services provided by 24 Hour Home Care.

Where do I start? I've been treated like a person, not just an employee since I started about 9 months ago. I came into the position with no prior knowledge in recruitment/talent Aquisition. I began working from home and was provided all the training necessary to be successful in my role. My team and managers have always been helpful and ready to answer any questions. We do get bonuses for hitting goals such as giftcards and cash bonuses added to paychecks. I feel like I have a great work life/balance and do not feel guilty for taking time off, which is great. I asked her if she did LVN she said no but she made it a point to make sure I had somebody that knew it. Both of the ladies were so nice on the phone. My husband was diagnosed of Parkinsons disease 2 years ago, when he was 49. He had a stooped posture, tremors, right arm does not move and also a pulsating feeling in his body. I work for this company, they are always great. They have great flexible schedules and the supervisors are always so helpful over the phone, especially Christina, Jazmin and Jessica. I love the clients I get to work with and the company makes sure I'm taken care of. They offer benefits and a 401k which is nice. But really it's great as a side job, not much room for moving up and raises are non existant because the pay varies from client to client. But it is a great company to work for, they take good care of their caregivers.

My aunty recommended me. I have worked with them since Sept 3rd for the Culver city office. Hiring process was quick and easy. Shifts are from 4-12hrs long, pay is great, employees are friendly, clients are usually very nice. I recommended my sis and she is working here to but for the Pasadena office. I only wish they'd expand to Palmdale. Other than that they are great.

Haven't used them but when I was at Costco yesterday I saw a caregiver, Theresa S, (I was so impressed I asked her name and who she worked for) be so loving and caring to a lady she was taking care of. The lady gave her more money than was needed and she had her take it back and put in her wallet with all the other ones, cleaned the table, had her hold her purse, and watched every minute while she was getting her something. Honesty, cleanliness, and caring is what I saw. If all their caregivers are like this, WOW, I'm impressed.

I think everyone will agree, finding a caregiver for a loved one is certainly no easy task, and once a decision is made there is much worry that goes along with it. This has been the first time my husband and I have had to delve into the "caregiving business" and, thank heavens, this has ended up being a very positive experience. We have two elderly "cousins" that needed immediate care: He has advancing cancer and she has Alzheimer's. It is our aim to keep them at home as long as we possibly can.24Hr. Home Care was referred to us by "A Place for Mom," along with a few other providers. After meeting with all, It was very apparent from the well polished and professional presentation by Jackie Paras, how far superior 24Hr. Home Care appeared to be versus the other three companies. We decided to give them a try. "Diana" was assigned to our case right away and we met with her and Jackie together with our "cousins". All felt good, and everyone agreed Diana would begin right away.All I can say at this point in time, and it's been two months now, is that Diana is the BEST thing that has happened to this family in quite a while! She absolutely knows and understands the requirements and needs of our cousins. She's a great cook and has been so instrumental in improving their general health, hygiene, and daily routines. We have been singing Diana's praises for quite a while now and I feel confident things will continue on this note. She has been a blessing to our family....we owe much thanks to Jackie and 24Hr. Home Care!

Had to use this service for a ride home after surgery. They were very, very helpful from beginning to end, which included full explanation at the beginning, timely reminder as it got close, home visit to meet and fill out a bit of paperwork. And the day of service went as smooth as can be, all done with no prepayment. They waited until it was done to charge me, which was a very fair price. Couldn't ask for more.

I can't say enough good things about this company's efforts to provide my mother with quality 24 hr care. She has 3 different caregivers, Florence, Linna and Rebecca, who all provide her with great care in their own ways. Account rep. Jesse always makes sure my mom has a substitute that she will be comfortable with and even Sonia in the billing dept. consistently emails me the bills immediately for insurance purposes. It gives me peace of mind to know that, unlike the much smaller agency we used to be with, 24Hr Care has never failed to provide my mother with a caregiver in times of illness with her regular caregivers. We had an urgent need to have a caregiver within 5 hours and Jesse and the 24Hr Care Team came through! The caregivers that were provided were very well trained to handle Alzheimer's and difficult situations that really provided comfort to me and my mom while my dad was sick. They were very trustworthy and I felt they were my eyes and ears when I could not be there. Also, they provided the same caregivers as much as possible which made my mom feel like she know what was going to happen!! I love that they give back to the community! They educated us on the changing climate of the home care industry and informed us of how to mitigate financial and legal risk for our elderly clients in need of home care services. I've been very pleased with both the individual caregivers who tend to my Mother and the excellent communication with the Torrance Office of 24 Hr In Home Care. The caregivers are attentive, supportive, encouraging, responsible, and mature. They seem to know just what to say to get Mom to do things she needs to do. We consider them to be a part of the family.I value the communication access with the main office. The prior service I used sometimes did not respond to a call for 2 days. I don't have to worry about that with 24 Hr. I am alerted well in advance concerning substitutes, vacations and holidays, and given the name of the substitute who will be caring for Mom.Having 24 hr. In Home Care gives me the peace of mind that Mom is in good hands.

My mom was elderly and needed care while I was at work. 24hr HomeCare sent us out a wonderful nurse who took wonderful care of Mom and gave me the sense of security that she was in good hands while I was away. The nurse and I stayed in contact through texting, so I was always up to date and she could contact me with any questions or concerns, and I could let her know how Mom had been during the night. Mom felt very safe and loved "Dee" coming to the house every day. She made sure Mom took her medications, ate and made sure she was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend 24hr HomeCare to anyone looking to have a loved one looked after when they can't do it themselves.

I have been a client of 24Hr HomeCare for three and 1/2 years. I have nothing but positive feedback to report:1. The agents are pleasant and knowledgeable,2. I am working with Eric now and he fulfills my needs and makes sure that the caregivers and CNA's that he sends to work with me do also. He also tries to fit their personalities to mine.3. My "ladies" are prompt and can anticipate my needs. One of there main tasks is to keep me safe from falling. I feel very comfortable that they are performing their jobs. My husband had pelvic reconstruction after a terrible fall in our home.. I was very anxious about having to leave for a few days... but Jamie was fantastic ... and over the next few months stayed a few more times . Neil and the other office staff ... explained everything ... reviewed what needed to be done and set an excellent plan in motion... They selected Jamie as a perfect match and he was. Very professional .. and when i came home... everything was clean including the laundry. but most importantly I got a few days away... caretaking is hard work , but the caregiver gave us both a perfect break. I have referred the agency to others .. you hope you never need the services but if you do this is the place to call...

I have worked professionally with 24Hr HomeCare for the past 3 years. A family member of mine recently went into hospice and our family needed additional help quickly. It is an extremely stressful time and after 2 weeks of 24/7 family care, we all needed some respite. It was 6pm on a Saturday and we needed a caregiver to stay overnight that night. I called 3 companies in my area including 24Hr HomeCare. One company couldn’t send someone out until Monday and seemed like a call center service. They were going to have someone call me back on Monday to discuss further. The other company seemed like it was run by a few individuals and also couldn’t send someone on short notice.I called 24Hr HomeCare and Sarina worked through the obstacles and sent someone by 8pm to help carry the heavy load. I have no qualms about recommending this service.

24Hr HomeCare to the rescue!My mother was hospitalized for several weeks due to a bad fall. She was sent to a rehab facility and schedule for discharge Friday afternoon, well, the rehab facility called me late Wednesday morning and informed me she was being discharged in a few short hours. I was at work and started panicking. My cubical buddy overhead my conversation and mentioned his family was currently using a caregiver from 24Hr HomeCare.I called 24Hr HomeCare and spoke with Jeff. After explaining the situation, he told me an urgent discharge was something they dealt with all the time. He was able to have a caregiver at the facility by the time my mother was discharged, Jessica was a blessing. My mother can be very difficult needless to say, Jessica was able to win her over. My siblings and I joke around that our mother loves her more than us now, but she's truly a gem. She's uplifted my mother's spirits, whipped her home into shape ad monitors my mother's daily activities. It's unbelievable what this company can do and I'm eternally grateful for what they've done for my family. Thank you to the Culver City staff, I highly recommend 24Hr HomeCare. A+++

Awesome Company!!!I worked at 24Hr HomeCare as an intern from Jan 2012-June 2012 and I was very impressed by the way the company was run. Every single person working at 24Hr HomeCare is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and seems to work very well together toward a common goal.
