Our team of highly skilled and trained professionals will treat your loved one with respect and make him or her feel comfortable at all times. They are a shoulder for your loved one to lean on, as well as a source of comfort. When your loved one is with one of our caregivers, you can have peace of mind that they’re safe and sound.
Though we receive a lot of applications for the coveted positions at our company, we only hire the top four percent of applicants. So for every 100 caregiver that apply to us, we only hire 4. We choose individuals who have a proven track record working with those in need and at least one year of experience in the caregiving field. At 24Hr Home Care, we expect no less than the best from our employees. We make sure that all of our employees are understanding, warm, and take an interest in helping the elderly live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
When hiring a new caregiver, we perform a social security validation, a physical exam with medical clearance, and a tuberculosis, nationwide criminal background, and department of motor vehicle check, along with a separate phone screening. We make sure that caregivers are in top notch mental, emotional, and physical shape so that they can effectively help your family member. Once caregivers are hired, we supply CPR training, teach them important communication skills, and educate them about the various illnesses that affect the elderly. That way, they’ll know how to act in any situation and troubleshoot whatever your loved one may be going through.
Unlike other caregiving providers, there is no hourly minimum at 24Hr HomeCare. We can come and assist for 30 minutes or a full day. Contact us any day of the week, at any time, and we will send someone over to help your loved one.
As a non-medical homecare provider, we offer a wide range of services including bathing, driving, home maintenance, washing dishes, doing laundry, and preparing meals. We also look over medicine schedules to guarantee that your loved one is receiving his or her medications at the correct times throughout the day. We’ll keep a log of times that medicine is taken so that there is accountability for doctors and primary care physicians.
We are a full service in home care provider and specialize in the following services:
- Elder Care
- Companion Care
- Alzheimer’s Care
- Disability Care
