All Caregivers employed by 24Hr HomeCare are highly skilled in the senior home care field. We ensure all employees are sensitive, respectful, and professional. They are a shoulder for your loved one to lean on, and a source of comfort when you aren’t around. When you leave your loved one in the care of one of our home care aides, you can rest assured knowing they’re in good hands. Although we receive many applications for the 24Hr HomeCare caretaker position, we only hire the top 4% of all applicants. We choose individuals with a proven track record, who have spent at least one year in the in-home care industry, and have a passion for providing senior in home care. Our Irvine office is contracted with the City of Irvine’s Social Services Department, and each Irvine caregiver receives Alzheimer’s training from the Alzheimer’s Association. As a part of our hiring process, potential employees must complete and pass a variety of prerequisites, including a background check, DMV check, and a medical clearance. Since being of sound mind and body is imperative to being a good Caregiver, we make sure all employees are in the proper emotional, physical, and mental health. Once a Caregiver is hired, we train them in CPR and educate them about various illnesses that can affect elderly individuals – that way, they’ll be able to handle any situation that may occur when your loved one is in their care.
