Team 24 @Lake Irvine Mud Run
Team 24 will be participating in the Lake Irvine Mud Run on Saturday, June 23rd! Irvine Lake Mud Run will be benefiting Blind Start of America whose mission is to help blind and visually impaired persons learn and develop job skills to empower them to ultimately lead lives of independence.
Since 24 Hour Home Care has a very team-oriented company culture, we like to participate in team building events a few times a year! We will be crawling through dirt and grime, jumping over obstacles and racing to the finish line in a mud-filled course! The obstacles are built by a master craftsman and include jump walls of varying height, tires to step through, ramps to run up and over, cargo nets to climb and crawl under and our amazing Mud Slide! But the “main event” obstacles are the mud pits. And there are a lot of them! More than two dozen of varying size and shape and depth (no swimming needed though.) And some with naturally formed dirt mounds (whoop-dee-doos) and hills. If you are around the area, please come out and support Team 24. You can find us in our usual blue (mud-stained) shirts! Pictures will be coming soon!
