We continuously monitor our Caregivers through our Real Time Caregiver Monitoring System. Our Caregivers clock in and out through our advanced telephone system that allows us to effectively track hours and attendance in real time. In addition, our system will notify us via email if a Caregiver does not clock in within 15 minutes of a scheduled shift with his or her client. This allows us to be pro-active in making sure your Caregiver is there and on time.
