Quality Assurance of Care

24Hr HomeCare has created a Quality Assurance of Care Program which guarantees high standards of quality and service for you. Our program includes Quality Assurance calls from management that consist of service satisfaction questions, updates in care, and client feedback. We also provide announced or unannounced supervisory visits from a manager and/or a licensed nurse. During these visits, we would update the customized care plan, monitor the Caregiver’s performance, and receive feedback from the client on their satisfaction of our services. Management visits can be scheduled as frequently as every month. Licensed Nurse visits can be scheduled as frequent as 90 days without any additional cost to the client.
