Community Involvement
At 24Hr HomeCare we care about our community. As our slogan says, we are “Your Community Homecare Provider”
It is important to us to make a difference and give back to the community we serve. We strive to contribute through various charities, donations, philanthropic events, and volunteering.
Some of our efforts include:
- Proceeds to Charity of Client’s Choice – Because we fervently believe in supporting our community and your particular, passionate cause, 24Hr HomeCare will donate part of our proceeds to a charity of your choice. Donations in our clients’ name help contribute to research fighting respective illnesses/diseases. Please click here for more details.
- Community Events – 24Hr HomeCare hosts quarterly community events to positively influence the area that we live in. Our events consist of:

- Volunteering – To instill a sense of pride in the community we service, 24Hr HomeCare’s staff volunteers over 150 hours per year at local organizations.
- Health & Wellness – To encourage healthy, sustainable living, we serve to educate our clients on healthy eating and proper nutrition.
- Local Activities & Fundraising – At 24Hr HomeCare we participate in many local activities and fundraising events.
- Blood Drive – Partnering with the American Red Cross, we host an annual blood drive at a designated senior center in the South Bay or Long Beach areas.
- Canned Food Drive – We collect canned food from various healthcare organizations and donate to the elderly in need.
- Toy Drive – During the holiday season we visit various healthcare organizations to gather toys to donate to less fortunate children
- Silent Auction – 24Hr HomeCare hosts a philanthropic event at a senior center within the South Bay or Long Beach areas with local companies and organizations donating items for auction. The proceeds are allocated to a non-profit senior organization in the community.
