David Allerby 24Hr HomeCare

David Allerby is the President and Co-Founder of 24Hr HomeCare, a California based company providing premier non-medical home care services. Mr. Allerby oversees all of 24Hr HomeCare’s operations to insure efficiency, quality of Caregivers, and world-class customer service. He brings close to 10 years of experience in the home care industry to 24Hr HomeCare. Prior to founding 24Hr HomeCare, Mr. Allerby helped launch Maxim Healthcare Services new Companion Services division. He served as General Manager of Maxim Companion Services’ flagship Los Angeles branch for close to 5 years. In addition, he developed a business plan for expansion of the division, which contributed to Maxim’s rapid growth. Today, Maxim Companion Services has 16 locations. Mr. Allerby has also served on the Board of Directors of ARMS-Adult Resolutions & Mediation Services. ARMS is a not-for-profit project of Community Partners which provides innovative elder mediation training and consumer education programs. Mr. Allerby holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in Business Administration.

Tyner Brenneman-Slay

Tyner Brenneman-Slay serves as Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder of 24Hr HomeCare. Mr. Brenneman-Slay brings over six years of experience in operational compliance and home care to 24Hr HomeCare. Prior to 24Hr HomeCare, he spent several years working for Maxim Healthcare Services focused on operations and compliance. While at Maxim, he experienced the need for quality care with his grandfather falling ill and needing home care. To better serve people such as his grandfather, Mr. Brenneman-Slay created 24Hr HomeCare’s unique concept of combining the professionalism of a corporation with the personal touch of a boutique company. Mr. Brenneman-Slay oversees 24Hr HomeCare’s operational compliance, human resources and information technology. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Studies.

Ryan Iwamoto 24Hr HomeCare

Ryan Iwamoto is Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Co-Founder of 24Hr HomeCare. As the leader of the 24Hr HomeCare sales team, Iwamoto is responsible for developing the overall sales and marketing strategy, execution, and development. Additionally, he spearheads 24Hr HomeCare’s community involvement program, which includes monthly volunteering and quarterly community events. Iwamoto developed the first-ever Proceeds to Charity Program within the non-medical home care industry (where a portion of 24Hr HomeCare’s proceeds are donated to the clients’ charity of choice). Prior to starting 24Hr HomeCare, Iwamoto served as the General Manager and founder of the Maxim Companion Services South Bay branch. Recognized for his achievements, Iwamoto has earned two regional sales awards and increased business revenue faster than any newly launched branch in Maxim’s companion division. Iwamoto attributes his success to creating great interpersonal relationships, which has led to an increase in revenue and exclusive contracts. Iwamoto holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California Berkeley.
